Maks Udochkin: Thank you, it’s a pleasure to be here. At Cooperty Group, our philosophy is rooted in a holistic approach to problem-solving. While many consulting firms specialize in isolated areas—be it strategy, operations, or technology—we’ve made it our mission to look at the entire ecosystem of a client’s business. Maks Udochkin: The past year has been transformative for us, and I’m incredibly proud of how we’ve adapted. We expanded significantly, both in terms of our team and the markets we serve. One of our biggest areas of growth has been in leveraging digital transformation and data analytics. We’ve integrated cutting-edge technology and digital tools into our consulting practices to help businesses navigate an increasingly data-driven world. This shift allows us to offer solutions that are not just strategic but also measurable, helping clients track their progress and pivot quickly when necessary.

Additionally, we have enhanced our focus on sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategies. Clients, especially in the EU, are recognizing the importance of integrating sustainability into their core business. Our ability to bring together experts in sustainability, operations, and risk management allows us to design ESG strategies that meet regulatory requirements while driving business growth.

Interviewer: It sounds like Cooperty Group is focused on long-term, value-driven solutions. Could you tell us more about the type of clients you’re engaging with and your plans to collaborate further with clients in the EU, UK, and US?

Maks Udochkin: We’ve been fortunate to work with a diverse range of clients, from SMEs to multinational corporations. One of our priorities over the next few years is to deepen our relationships with clients in the EU, UK, and US. The regulatory environments in these regions are evolving rapidly, and businesses need a trusted partner who can navigate these complexities. In Europe, for example, we’re seeing new trends emerge around digital compliance and sustainability regulations, and we’re positioning ourselves as a key consultant for companies that want to stay ahead of these changes.

Our plans involve increasing our physical presence in these markets, starting with expanding our offices in London and New York, and strengthening our network of experts on the ground. By doing this, we aim to become not just a service provider, but a long-term partner for our clients—helping them grow, adapt, and thrive in competitive global markets.

Interviewer: It’s clear Cooperty Group is committed to offering a full spectrum of services. Could you walk us through how you ensure that all a client's needs are covered, from strategy development to implementation?

Maks Udochkin: That’s where our integrated approach really shines. We’re in the process of expanding our global footprint, particularly in the EU, UK, and US, as I mentioned earlier. Clients can expect more specialized services, especially in areas like digital transformation, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.

We’re also working to further enhance our technology capabilities, developing more sophisticated data analytics and AI-driven tools to provide clients with actionable insights that go beyond traditional consulting.
